Physicians, discharge planners and home care providers can send specific home care instructions directly to their patients. Choose from MedView’s 500+ sets of instructions or send “patient specific” device or therapy instructions to patients.

MedView’s Patient Education Platform helps providers send their patients “how to…” setup, use, clean and trouble-shoot their prescribed HME devices, and related procedures. Clinicians can “assign/prescribe” any of MedView’s 500+ sets of Patient Education Instructions. After confirmation, MedView sends the patient an email or text, with “links” to their specific device instructions. The patient’s clinicians can attach custom directions in the form of documents (Text, MSWord, PDF formats) to the MedView’s email or text.
