The RESmart BPAP 25A Auto is a bi-level machine designed to give you optimal bi-level therapy at the minimum pressure possible. The RESmart BPAP 25A has a maximum pressure of 25 cm H 2O, which is a common maximum pressure in the bi-level category.The BPAP 25A can be used in regular bi-level mode, auto bi-level mode, or standard CPAP mode. When in standard CPAP mode, the maximum pressure is 20 cm H2O. This makes owning the BPAP 25A like owning three different machines, all in one package.
